Interest in Moody grows

February 23, 2012

ATH Mykal Moody of Conway remains in the dark about his offers but continues to receive interest. The most recent schools to contact Moody are Kentucky, Maryland, West Virginia and Missouri. His coach does not want to inform his players of their offers this early, according to Moody.

"I talked to Maryland yesterday (Thursday) and they want me to come down for a visit," Moody said. "They like me at wide receiver and some quarterback. Kentucky wants me to visit too and they like me at quarterback."

Missouri and West Virginia are sending mail encouraging Moody to visit. "I do like the offense West Virginia runs," he said though he is unsure of visits to any ot the previously mentioned schools. "I'm going to try," he added.

Moody will visit Georgia Tech this weekend and plans to visit NC State and Oregon in the future. He will attend Clemson's spring game and a spring practice at USC.

Though he does not have any favorites he did say, "I do like Oregon." Moody voiced interest in the Gamecocks and Tigers as well.
