QB Connor Mitch of Raleigh, NC Saturday was offered by USC head coach Steve Spurrier and quarterbacks coach GA Mangus while attending a junior day. USC becomes the 12th major offer for Mitch.

The others are East Carolina, NC State, North Carolina, Wake Forest, Syracuse, West Virginia, South Florida, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Rutgers and LSU.

This spring Mitch also has visited North Carolina, NC State, East Carolina, Alabama and LSU.

He plans to visit Florida April 4th and Auburn April 15th.
