USC remains heavy on Louisiana DL

May 4, 2012

DL Antonio McGhee of Bossier City, LA adds Mississippi State, SMU and Southern to his offers from USC, Ole Miss, Oregon State, Louisiana Tech and Tulane. He is hearing from LSU, Texas A&M, Houston, New Mexico and Louisiana-Lafayette. McGhee plans to visit each school that has offered him over the summer.

"We're from Georgia and still have a lot of family and friends there so we can visit South Carolina pretty easily," he said. "I definitely want to go see them. I love the way they play defense."

McGhee has taken visits to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State with his most recent trip being to a junior day at La. Tech. "It went alright," said McGhee. "They're rebuilding the program and I think they're going to do a lot of things in the future."

This summer he plans to attend camps at Alabama, Auburn and Mississippi State. 'I want to go places like Alabama so I can get my name out there," he admitted. "Anyone who offers me is one of my favorites," he added.
