It’s never simple at Auburn. It seems there’s a lot of momentum right now that’s not moving in coach Gene Chizik’s favor in terms of keeping his job. Now the more intriguing question is whether athletic director Jay Jacobs will keep his job. This column outlines the kind of political maneuvering that you would expect at a time like this in Auburn.
