LB Tommy Sanders of Butler County JC, KS wrapped up his official visit to USC Sunday morning and headed to his home in Cordele, GA. USC was his last official visit and he plans to have a decision by Wednesday.
"Everything was good," Sanders said. "I met with the players and the coaches. I hung out the most with Clowney. He's a great guy. He told me it's a great place with great support on and off the field. He said they have a strong team coming back and are shooting to win the SEC next year. They have five seniors (at linebacker) leaving so it's a great opportunity for me to come in and play. I'm going to go back home and narrow it down and see which one best fits me."
Sanders also visited Ohio State, Texas A&M and Mississippi State and he's only considering the schools he visited. He said there is no leader at this point and he's not expecting any coaches to visit before the dead period begins Monday.
