WHAT TO WATCH FOR: USC will attempt to snap a three-game conference home losing streak. The Gamecocks’ last SEC win at home was against Georgia (57-56) on Feb. 15, 2012. … In their only meeting last season, the Gamecocks lost at Auburn, 63-52. … Auburn forward Allen Payne has had the hot hand of late, averaging 14.0 points over his previous three games, giving the Tigers a bona fide second threat alongside Frankie Sullivan. … USC has its own hot hand. Brian Richardson leads the team with better than 13 points per game over the past six contests, including 20 against Mississippi State.
