DL Naquez Pringle of Carvers Bay attended USC's junior day and took the opportunity to experience some things he hadn't on earlier visits.

"It was something different than before," he said. "The new (DL) coach is there. I liked him. from the time I me him. He seems like he's ready to start his career at South Carolina."

Pringle also spent time with his recruiter Steve Spurrier Jr. "He just loved me to death," he said. "He walked up on me one time and punched me in the back." Pringle also spoke briefly with Steve Spurrier.

USC and Clemson remain his two offers and he plans to visit Clemson for its next junior day. He also wants to visit LSU. Pringle said USC and Clemson remain on top for him with no favorite.
