South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is on the cover of this week’s Sports Illustrated Magazine.

Clowney is one of several college football regional covers for SI, which promotes its spring football preview.

Clowney joins former Gamecocks basketball star John Roche and coach Steve Spurrier among those with USC connections to appear on the SI cover.

The Gamecocks start spring practice on Tuesday.
