Stanley checks out Gamecock baseball

March 5, 2013

OL Donnell Stanley of Latta, who also wants to play baseball in college, attended the USC-Clemson game Sunday afternoon in Columbia. Stanley plays first base for the Vikings.

He was at USC's junior day last month and plans to return for the junior day later this month. He also went recently to a junior day at North Carolina. Stanley plans to get up to Clemson for a baseball game this season as well.

Mississippi State offered Stanley Monday. Some of his other offers are Clemson, Florida State, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio State and Southern Cal.

He has not narrowed his list.
