Reynolds appears torn between two

April 17, 2013

The spring signing period for basketball commences Wednesday and USC target 6-8 Darryl Reynolds of Philadelphia appears to be focused on two programs.

"I think he's contemplating South Carolina or Villanova," said Reynolds' coach at Worcester Academy in Massachusetts Jamie Sullivan. "He's supposed to visit Seton Hall this weekend. He's always been really high on South Carolina. He enjoyed his time with Frank (Martin) and everyone down there. I think they are neck and neck with Villanova. He likes being in his hometown and he knows some of those coaches. But the idea of playing in the SEC really intrigues him. Everyone on the (USC) staff did a tremendous job with him."

Reynolds visited USC two weekends ago. He was at Villanova last weekend. Reynolds plans to make his announcement April 23rd at his high school, Lower Merion.
