Clowney, Ellington head USC's All-SEC selections

— South Carolina had four players named to the All-SEC teams announced Thursday at SEC Media Days.

Jadeveon Clowney was selected to the first-team defense, while Bruce Ellington was named a first-team all-purpose specialist.

Tight end Rory Anderson was named to the second team. Offensive guard A.J. Cann was a third-team selection.

Clowney and Alabama linebacker C.J. Mosley received the most votes. Of the 243 media members who voted for the preseason All-SEC team, 223 voted for Clowney.
