South Carolina’s had a tough time getting teams to fill up the non-conference schedule (winning 50 games in two seasons with back-to-back trips to the NCAA tournament is making potential opponents wary of coming to Columbia), but the biggest part of the slate was finalized on Tuesday.

The Gamecocks were one of seven SEC teams to make the NCAA women’s tournament last year and will play a combined eight conference games against the other six this season.

The Gamecocks have to play Tennessee and Georgia once each, with the Tennessee game on the road. The Lady Vols and Lady Bulldogs were responsible for two of USC’s eight losses last year.

USC also only has to play Texas A&M once, but on the road. The Aggies beat the Gamecocks twice last year.

The rest of the schedule could be finalized by the end of the week.
