Chalmers lands another offer

November 6, 2013

During his visit to Georgia Tech Saturday, junior DB Kaleb Chalmers of Greenwood received an offer from the Yellow Jackets. They join Clemson, USC, Stanford, Tennessee, Duke and North Carolina with the offer.

The trip went well for Chalmers and he says he is interested in Georgia Tech. "I really liked it," he said. "I liked the facilities, the coaches and the atmosphere."

Chalmers continues to hear from Alabama, Michigan State, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia and Vanderbilt among others. He does not have any favorites.

There are a few visits he would like to make prior to the end of the season. "I'll probably get down to USC," Chalmers said. "I want to get back to Tennessee. I'd like to go to Alabama if I can and there are some other schools I might visit."

Through ten games, Chalmers has three interceptions and over 70 tackles.
