USC commit LB Bryson Allen-Williams of Ellenwood, GA visited Alabama over the weekend but says he is 99.9 percent committed to the Gamecocks.

"Alabama gave me a lot to think about," he admitted. "They showed me their depth chart and linebacker and, of course, they have a great tradition of football."

It does not appear that will be enough to change his mind, however.

"I talked to coach (Lorenzo) Ward and I have a great relationship with him and the other coaches," Allen-Williams said. "Unless something drastic changes, like coach Ward leaving, I'm going to be a Gamecock."

The Gamecocks were the second team to offer Allen-Williams and that has meant something to the prospect.

"They offered me about 25 minutes after Florida did and were my second offer," he said. "They've been with me all the way back to my sophomore year."

Allen-Williams reiterated that unless something drastic were to happen prior to signing day, he has every intention of sticking with USC.
