Florida RB wishes USC was more interested

March 24, 2014

Having heard from USC during his sophomore season, RB James Allen of Citra, FL became interested in the Gamecocks. He admits that he has not heard from USC recently, but if he did hear from them, he might reconsider his plans to make a decision in May.

"I've always loved the Gamecocks," Allen said. "They have a great program and I love the way they do things. I love their pregame hype and I've been watching their winter workout videos online. I would love to be a part of something like that."

As it stands, Allen says he will likely choose between Tennessee and Kentucky. His intentions are to announce his decision prior to his school's spring game May 23rd.

His offers include Tennessee, Kentucky, Miami, Arkansas, Cincinnati and Georgia Tech.
